George Gilmore

George Gilmore started at Shakley Mechanical in February of 1997. He is the Residential HVAC Manager with job responsibilities including sales, ordering and inventory management, quality control on installation, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

George graduated from High School in 1964 and went on to complete a correspondence course on refrigeration.  He worked for Buckeye since high school up until he came to Shakley Mechanical, with the exception of a few years in the Armed Services and farming.

George has had extensive on the job training to go along with his EPA certification, several heating & cooling manufacturer training programs, Geo training, sales and boot camp courses, and an NCTC course on blueprint reading.

George's comments on Shakley Mechanical:
It has been especially rewarding working for Ken and Amy Shakley.  They insist on quality from start to finish and service after installation of heating and cooling systems. This has resulted in our customers becoming our friends and our best advertisements.
